Prometheus metrics
Operational metrics in Prometheus text format. In-cluster scraping only: requests that arrive through the public ingress/proxy chain (detected via X-Forwarded-* headers) get a 404. Returns 503 when the exporter is disabled.
User-level KPIs (signups, churn, active count)
Signup trend, churn, and active-user counts computed from Postgres aggregates.
