De API is een NestJS 11-applicatie die via MikroORM 6 naar PostgreSQL persisteert.

Observability

De API stelt Prometheus-achtige metrics beschikbaar op /metrics en stuurt OpenTelemetry-traces uit (configureerbaar via OTEL_*-omgevingsvariabelen).
