Found a bug?
Open an issue on GitHub Issues. Include:
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
- Your browser and operating system
- A screenshot if the problem is visual
Want a feature?
Feature requests go through GitHub Issues too. Describe the problem you're trying to solve, not just the solution you have in mind.
Questions about your data
- Export everything: your profile settings include a full account export (a ZIP with your data and one GPX file per route).
- Delete your account: see Deleting your account. Deletion has a 30-day grace window during which you can change your mind by signing back in.
- Privacy: see Privacy.
